Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) recruits DGMs in Telecom Accounts & Finance Services (TAFS).

Notification of exam will be published in the official website of BSNL.

Application Procedure

Application form can be downloaded from the website of BSNL through bsnl.co.in
Filled application form should be sent through Registered post/Speed post to the following address
DGM (Admn), O/o the CGM (Mtce.),
BSNL, Northern Telecom. Region, Kidwai Bhawan,
Room No.255, IInd floor,
Janpath, New Delhi-110 001.

Age Limit

Age should not exceed 45 years on the 1st of August of the year of examination.
Age relaxation upto 5 years is available for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Physically Challenged candidates. Ex-Service Men and other categories like displaced persons have the age relaxation as per the instructions given by the Government of India.

Educational Qualification for DGMs (Telecom Accounts & Finance Services)

Candidate should have the qualification of CA/ICWA/CS

Written Test

Section I
This section consists of Management Aptitude questions in General Management, Management Information Systems, Managerial Economics, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources Management, Organisation Behaviour, Strategic Management, Operations Management, Telecom Knowledge, and Current events of national & international importance. This section carries 75 questions
Section II
This section consists of Cognitive Ability questions in Quantitative ability & data sufficiency, Reasoning ability, Verbal ability i.e reading comprehension and analysis. This section carries 75 questions.


Candidates will be shortlisted as per the marks obtained by them in the Written Test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
