MAT Exam

MAT is organized by the All India Management Aptitude Testing Service nationwide. The Government of India has permitted Management Aptitude Test - MAT as a National Entrance Test for admission to MBA and equivalent programmes.

Application Form

Admission criteria for every institute are different. The list of various MIs / Universities is available in MAT bulletin, along with their admission notification.

MAT Bulletin with application form can be obtained by post by sending a demand draft of requisite amount drawn in favour of AIMA-CMS payable at New Delhi with two self-addressed slips / adhesive stickers to

It can also be obtained against cash payment of requisite amount at AIMA Counter in Delhi (Phone:011-24653382), AIMA Nodal Centres (E-mail: Contact Us ) and select ICICI Bank branches all over the country.
To receive MAT Bulletin and form abroad and/or to appear for MAT at test centres abroad, candidates have to pay a requisite amount of US dollar by demand draft in favour of AIMA-CMS payable at New Delhi.

Eligibility

Graduation from a recognized university
Studying final year of their undergraduate degree from a recognized institution.

Exam Details

Language Comprehension
This section is used to test the verbal ability and grammar in English language and it consists of 40 questions.

Mathematical skills
This section consists of questions testing the quantitative aptitude and having 40 questions.

Data Analysis and Sufficiency
This section is used to test the data analysis and data sufficiency skills and it consists of 40 questions.

Intelligence and Critical Reasoning
This section is used to test the critical reasoning skills and logical thinking and it consists of 40 questions.

Indian and Global Environment
This section consists of 40 questions.
