National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) conducts the Examination for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade A.
Age should be 21-28 years for graduates.
Age should be 21-30 years for post-graduates.
Age relaxation upto 3 years is availabe for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST.

Bachelor's or Master's degree or any equivalent qualification from any recognized university with an aggregate of 55%. Preference will be given for post-graduates or for specialization in management, rural development, agriculture, agriculture engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, finance and soil sciences etc.
P.G. degree in Hindi with an aggregate of 55% with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor's degree (or)
P.G. degree in Sanskrit/English/Commerce/Economics with an aggregate of 55% marks with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor's degree (or)
P.G. degree in Economics/Commerce with Hindi or Sanskrit and English as one of the subjects at Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years experience in translation work English to Hindi or Hindi to English in any organization is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree or any equivalent qualification from any recognized university. The candidate should be a released officer from defence services with the service of not less than 5 years.

General English with descriptive - for Rural Development Banking Service
Proficiency in Language like essay writing, comprehension, report and paragraph writing - for Rajbhasha Service
Main Examination - Paper-II
Socio Economic Issues - for Rural Development Banking Service(General)
Based on Rajbhasa syllabus - for Rajbhasha Service
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview based on the marks obtained by them in the Written Test. Final selection will be done based on their performance in the Main Examination and in Interview.
