NABARD Manager in Grade B Examination

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) conducts the Examination for the post of Manager in Grade B (Legal Service).

Eligibility

Age should be 24-34 years.
Age relaxation upto 3 years is availabe for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST.

Educational Qualification for Assistant Manager in Rural Development Banking Service

Bachelor's degree in Law with an aggregate of 55% from any recognized university. Preference will be given for post-graduates.
Law graduates should have atleast 5 years work experience as an Advocate or Solicitor in Bank/Financial Institution in Legal Department (or)
Law graduates should have atleast 5 years experience as a Judicial Officer in State Judicial Service and post-graduates for 3 years.
Preference will be given to the candidates those who have the knowledge of Banking, Negotiable Instruments, Company, Industrial and Co-operative Laws, Cyber Laws, Commerce/ Property Transaction, Rural Non-life Insurance, Direct Financing, Staff Matters and good experience in drafting various types of documents.

Written Test

Written Test will consist of two papers
Paper-I
Proficiency in Language like essay writing, comprehension, report and paragraph writing
Paper-II
Based on Law syllabus

Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview based on the marks obtained by them in the Written Test. Final selection will be done based on their performance in the Main Examination and in Interview.
